Technico has developed two product solutions that sorts washed garment in de professional Laundry service. This concerns a system for hanging garment and folded garment. By linking individual items to a unique position, a realisation can be made on many sorting levels. For instance, per department, per room, per person or item. The possibility to process and print administrative information on coupons is an addition to the system that can be implemented as well.
Our folded sortingen-system is specially developed to dispatch washed folded garment. The system integrates scanning, folding and sorting into one action. It standardly consists of 12 shelves where every shelve is divided into 10 lockers. This results in the possibility to sort garment of 120 individuals in one system. An extension of the system is also possible to a maximum of 240 lockers in one system.
The use of this system enables the possibility to sort hanging garment on a specific level and register these items as clean. The system is developed with 425 unique positions. A distinction can be made in two different systems; manual loading and automated loading, with each its own productivity.
