TechniX Return-units
Technico develops different spiecies of return-units. Besides our descriptions, you can also find videos of the different types below and on our YouTube channel.
Container return-unit
Garment will be returned by a user and will be dropped in rolling containers. Three varieties can be determined: a standalone cabinet, return through a slide and return through a conveyor belt. There is a possibility to scan and thereby register garment that is linked to a user. Then it will be unlinked from the user, since it is registered as ‘returned’. Communal there different product solution the following advantages can be determined:
- Immediate return in Laundry service container
Garment is compiled in rolling container that are used by Laundry service. Hereby, the returned items do not have to be taken out manually and put in the intended rolling container. - Always return policy
Technico values the user and thereby believes that garment always can be returned, even when there seems to be an issue with it at any cause.
Buffering return-unit
These return-units is characterised by a conveyor belt whereon garment is compiled. When fully compiled, the returned items need to be (partly) transmitted to a Laundry service rolling container. The overall advantages are a followed:
- High compiling capacity
The compiling capacity is dependent on the length of the conveyor belt and is not dependent on the capacity of a rolling container. This means that there is a high capacity for storing the returned soiled items. - Return of multiple item at once
The user can return multiple worn garments at once. - Always return policy
Technico values the user and thereby believes that garment always can be returned, even where there seems to be an issues with it at any cause.
Container return-unit+
This system is a combination of the container and buffer return-unit. Worn garment is returned by piece and is directly sorted in a determined Laundry service rolling container. The sorting can be determined to your own wishes, for instance; on colour, very soiled/broken, unread chip etcetera.
- Immediate garment sorting
Since worn garment will be returned by piece and will be registered as such to a user, is it possible to sort the piece directly in the designated rolling container. This designation can be formulated by your own wish. - High compiling capacity
Since soiled garment will be sorted directly in a designated rolling container, is the compiling capacity dependent on the amount of embedded Laundry service rolling containers. - Sorting specifically
Worn and returned garment that is very soiled, broken or has a defect chip can immediately be sorted out in order to make a selection of garment that needs extra attention. - Always return policy
Technico values the user and thereby believes that garment always can be returned, even where there seems to be an issues with it at any cause.
Software
The software of the management system of the supply and return-units is designed in order to optimise garment-management of company uniforms. Providing a visual insight of the use and rotation of garment gives the following advantages:
- Reducing costs of garment
Optimising the use of garment ensures a financial saving on the long-term. The software is designed in such a way that it constructs a balanced set of garment, which is determined on the user information of supplied and returned garment over time.
Close quality check
Having a clear vision on the actual rotation a piece a garment makes over time between the system, the user and Laundry service, makes it possible to keep control over the overall quality.
